This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the agreement between you and the Whitchurch Airport Specialist. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

1. Definitions

The terms "Whitchurch Airport Specialist," "we," or "us" pertain to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey, particularly for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. Whitchurch Airport Specialist is not accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of an appropriate size for passengers and luggage. Whitchurch Airport Specialist does not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.

2.3 Request wheelchair access at the time of booking if needed.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations provided by Whitchurch Airport Specialist are based on information supplied by you. Prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise, exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote if there are material changes to the stated itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting period beyond this will be charged at the standard Whitchurch Airport Specialist waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly. Failure to notify Whitchurch Airport Specialist of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for journeys can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed in the car.

4.3 Ensure proper restraint of all children in the car, based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance passenger limits is mandatory.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with the Whitchurch Airport Specialist, contact us as soon as possible. Charges will apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Canceling a booking made through our online system before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While Whitchurch Airport Specialist endeavors to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We disclaim responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will arrange an alternative car to expedite your journey.

6.4 You will not indemnify Whitchurch Airport Specialist for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Whitchurch Airport Specialist may subcontract its obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 We may alter terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Whitchurch Airport Specialist and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Whitchurch Airport Specialist is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
